I finally got these installed to replace some old sliding doors that constantly fell down. Installation wasn't as simple as I'd like as the instructions were a little confusing, but I got it done. The slides work decently. I haven't had any real problems yet, and obviously hope that I won't at all. If I do, I'll come and update the review.

I purchased this for heavy oak closet doors in my previous home and was impressed by how smoothly they moved. They were so easy to slide that I added foam to prevent slamming. After moving to a new home with hard-to-move closet doors, I bought two tracks on Amazon for the lightweight doors. They came with a device that slows the doors before hitting the jamb, making it safe even with my grandkids playing. Installation was tricky; only one worked initially, but the slow-close feature is a great bonus.
