A "Gift Card" refers to a gift card purchased from HardwareX Supply, available in either a virtual e-card or physical format, with a dollar denomination ranging from US $10.00 to US $250.00. The term “Gift Card” does not include "Promotional Gift Cards," "Store Credit Gift Cards," or "Customer Care Gift Cards."

Accepted Payment Methods:
Gift Cards can be purchased using the following payment methods:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover

Redemption:
Gift Cards can only be redeemed through www.hardwarexsupply.com (the “Website”). They may only be used to purchase merchandise or services within the country where the Gift Card was issued. To redeem a Gift Card, enter the gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field on the checkout page.

Remaining Balance:
If the amount of a Gift Card exceeds the total purchase price, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases. If the purchase amount exceeds the available balance, another payment method must be used to cover the difference.

Refund Policy:
Gift Cards cannot be returned for a cash refund, except as required by law.

Expiration and Fees:

• Gift Cards do not expire.
• HardwareX Supply does not charge any dormancy or service fees for Gift Cards.

Limitations on Use:

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• No additional credit can be added to a Gift Card after issuance.
• Lost or stolen Gift Cards can be replaced with proof of purchase, to the extent of the remaining balance.

Cash Redemption:
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Gift Card Nature:
A Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.

A "Promotional Gift Card" refers to any gift card, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or physical card, given away by HardwareX Supply as part of an awards, loyalty, or promotional program, without any money or other thing of value being exchanged. The term “Promotional Gift Card” does not include "Gift Cards," "Store Credit Gift Cards," or "Customer Care Gift Cards."

Issuance:
A Promotional Gift Card offered when you purchase a product will be issued 5 days after you are invoiced for your purchase.

Redemption:
Promotional Gift Cards can only be redeemed through www.hardwarexsupply.com (the “Website”) and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services available in the country where the Gift Card is issued. To redeem a Promotional Gift Card, enter the gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” area at checkout.

Remaining Balance:
If you use a Promotional Gift Card to make a purchase and the amount does not exhaust the card’s balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, subject to the terms herein. If your purchase exceeds the available balance on the Promotional Gift Card, another payment method must be used for the remainder.

Cash Redemption:
Promotional Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

Lost or Stolen Cards:
HardwareX Supply is not obligated to replace lost or stolen Promotional Gift Cards.

Limitations on Use:

• Promotional Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase HardwareX Supply Gift Cards.
• No additional credit can be added to a Promotional Gift Card after issuance.
• A Promotional Gift Card expires one (1) year after issuance, unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Refunds:
If you receive a Promotional Gift Card in connection with your purchase and subsequently return the item for a refund, your Promotional Gift Card will be voided. If you used a Promotional Gift Card for the purchase and want to return the product, the value of the Promotional Gift Card will be deducted from your refund amount.

Abuse Prevention:
HardwareX Supply reserves the right to block the account of any customer who repeatedly returns an item for which a Promotional Gift Card was issued, after using the gift card to purchase a different item.

Resale Restrictions:
Promotional Gift Cards may not be resold. HardwareX Supply reserves the right to void any Promotional Gift Card believed to have been resold.
