My mail box lock failed. The post office wanted $50 to fix the lock but they couldn't tell me when they could fix it due to the manpower shortage during the pandemic lock-down. My local Lock smiths did not have the correct part. Found the part on Amazon for less than $15 including tax. It arrived in 5 days with all the parts in the description. Replaced the lock in less than 5 minutes and it works just fine. Problem solved with Amazon assistance.

It was a breeze to install though. It's annoying how I couldn't buy a specific model from home depot and had to wait for this to arrive.
