Installed this on a 36X80 metal security door. I don't know how much that door weighs vs the range specified on this closer, but it's working perfectly. Everything is machined well with no burrs or flaws, the install was flawless, and the action is smooth. So far, it is performing exactly as advertised and expected, and even looks good on the door. This is a great buy.

Direct replacement for my needs

I got a few of these to test out at work as well as home. It’s a big hit! It’s amazing how much peace it brings someone to use a bathroom with a small indicator so they can potty in peace and not have a co-worker jiggle the handle on them. It was easy enough to install and thanks to the instructions, I was able to figure out how to flip the text so it would read properly. I swapped it with a lock similar to it; just no indicator on the old one, so I was very thankful for the pin tool that helped me get the old handles off. The new one has some sharp points that dig into the door and give an excellent hold and it is just as strong and durable as the previous commercial lockset. The only negative thing with this is the turn to lock. That leaves it open for locking and closing the door behind you where a pop lock would automatically unlock when the door passes the door jam. Thank goodness for occupancy sensors. If a prankster tries to give others grief, it will only be for a few minutes. No light with a “In-use” is fair enough to warrant a knock on the door to determine if someone fell asleep on the potty or if it is “vacant”

Knob is just what was advertised. The glass knob is very pretty and looks great on our pantry door. It was easy to install and feels like a very good quality door knob. I'm very pleased! Definitely worth the price.

The lock and keys were shipped free and delivered quickly. The lock meets the USPS standard and fits into the cluster mailbox perfectly. Installation was a breeze. One heads-up: the three keys fit the lock, but they should be filed slightly to remove burrs and make inserting and extracting them smooth.

I ordered the Nuk3y 6003 Series Hold Open Door Closer for the main door to our condo unit which can slam in the wind if the slider is open. Installation is simple enough with the included instructions and mounting template. This is a versatile closer with options for different hand and in/out swinging doors.It has very good hardware included and the flush bolts for the door are an added plus so the screws do not pull out. The closer and hardware are in a nice silver finish with a sleek cover that would look good in any interior.Overall I am very pleased with this closer and find it a good buy as opposed to the heavier commercial closers at more than twice the price.

I ordered these hidden door hinges for a false back wall in my pantry. Although I haven’t installed them yet, they seem sturdy and well-made. The package includes screws and hardware, but you'll need router templates for cutting recessed holes. Their adjustability will ensure a natural look without gaps. At $50 for 7-inch hinges (as of May 29, 2024), they offer great value compared to similar options on Amazon that cost over $60. I’ll probably hire a professional for the installation.
